What FilFlo does

FilFlo is a system of action that sits on top of the ERP, OMS, WMS, marketplaces, and spreadsheets a brand already uses. It converts fragmented operating data into a daily replenishment loop:

• See stock, velocity, and fill-rate risk across channels and warehouses.
• Forecast demand by SKU and location instead of relying on aggregate monthly plans.
• Decide reorder quantities within MOQ, shelf-life, lead-time, and appointment-slot constraints.
• Act by preparing purchase orders, slot bookings, and dispatch work for operator approval.
