Co-founder and CEO of FilFlo
Shubham Vyas
I build FilFlo, the AI replenishment agent and B2B order management system for Indian consumer brands.
FilFlo connects quick-commerce, marketplace, D2C, and warehouse data. It reads demand at the SKU × location level and turns the next replenishment step into an operator-approved action.
What FilFlo does
FilFlo is a system of action that sits on top of the ERP, OMS, WMS, marketplaces, and spreadsheets a brand already uses. It converts fragmented operating data into a daily replenishment loop:
- See stock, velocity, and fill-rate risk across channels and warehouses.
- Forecast demand by SKU and location instead of relying on aggregate monthly plans.
- Decide reorder quantities within MOQ, shelf-life, lead-time, and appointment-slot constraints.
- Act by preparing purchase orders, slot bookings, and dispatch work for operator approval.

- Public notes cover operations, history, technology, and books that shape how I think.
